Terms of Sale and Use (English)

By purchasing a ClassArch Companion license from the ClassArch store on Salla, or by using the extension, you agree to these terms. The seller is ClassArch (a Saudi company, commercial registration [CR number]); contact support@classarch.com.

1. What you buy

• One license grants access to one curriculum: a specific subject, grade and term, including every book type available in the extension (student book, exercise book, lab book, and so on).
• The license is valid for that semester and expires at its end after a short grace period. The next semester requires a new license.
• Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and intended for lesson preparation and educational use.

2. Devices

• One license works on 2 devices at the same time.
• You can sign another device out from inside the extension to free its slot — no support ticket needed.
• Devices unused for more than 90 days are released automatically when a slot is needed.

3. Your license key

• Keys are delivered by Salla at checkout and shown on your Salla order page. If you lose it, retrieve it from that order page; we cannot re-issue it any other way because we do not keep a copy.
• The key is the only credential — there is no account or password. Anyone holding the key can use the license, so keep it as safe as a password.
• Do not publish or share the key. Using it on more than 2 devices, or signs of wide sharing, may lead to revocation without refund.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, as provided by Saudi e-commerce law, through the ClassArch store on Salla from your order page. When a refund is approved, the license key tied to the order is revoked automatically and stops working on every device.

5. Content

• Textbook text is provided as-is for lesson preparation. Machine-extracted text may contain errors or gaps; always check it against the original book.
• The ready-made prompts are templates inserted into the composer; what ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini produce is the responsibility of those services and yours to review.
• Automated extraction, republishing or resale of the content is not permitted. Use is subject to reasonable daily limits sufficient for day-to-day preparation.

6. What the extension does not do

• It never sends a message on your behalf — it only inserts text into the composer; you decide whether to send, edit or delete it.
• It does not read your conversations or the sites' responses and collects no personal data (see the Privacy Policy).
• It does not change or bypass your usage limits on the three sites; their use is governed by their own terms and your account there.

7. Availability and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but the supported sites change their interfaces often and insertion may stop temporarily until we ship an extension update. We may update the extension and these terms; updates are published on this page with a new date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the license price paid. We are not responsible for the output or availability of the AI services.
